Hi! My name is Sigal and I've been tutoring higher level math and business courses for almost a decade. I also offer financial consulting services to working professionals and small business owners.

 

I have a degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis and Math Minor from UCSB. I have worked as a financial analyst and as an auditor, and I passed all of the CPA exams in 2017. My passion is sharing knowledge and helping both students and working professionals succeed.

I have always loved math and data analysis, and I strive to make complex subject matter accessible to more people. I am thoroughly engaged during sessions, and I feel invested in each client's success.

 

When tutoring, my goal is to help students gain more understanding of the subjects, while also developing the confidence and skills necessary to perform well on their exams. My lessons are tailored to each individual's learning style, and I adjust as needed to make sure I am presenting the material in a way the student will find easiest to process and retain.
